DEFINITE AN ACCESS DENIED PROBLEM

I HAVE HAD TROUBLED LOGGING IN EVERY TIME I TRIED AND AT DIFFERENT TIMES DURING THE DAY,

ANYONE KNOW WHY?

I have had similar problems all day. Towers going up and down. When connecting it seems to get stuck on the authentication phase and then it gives up after a while. It seems to come right after a few minutes.

This is a known problem, technicians are working on it.

This is <b>not</b> meant to be sarcastic (I've had someone with this problem): have you made sure your capslock key is not (or is, as the case may be) on when you fill in your username and password?
