what would you say is CAP and UNCAPPED - what should it be and what are they not ?
what defines CAP
what defines UNCAPPED

cap = set monthly usage , or threshold limits and so forth. get cut off from internet access or get change to slower sync rates from over use of your data.

uncapped = use how u want, downlaod how much u want, upload how much u want.. internet never cut off unless u dont pay the bill ;)

what defines CAP
what defines UNCAPPED

Cap = limit
uncapped = unlimited.

Internist = –noun
a physician specializing in the diagnosis and nonsurgical treatment of diseases, esp. of adults.
;)

basically uncapped has no limits on it imposed in any manner or data monitoring which impact your total usage of the product...

should uncapped be shaped and throttled then ?
