Page 20 of the manual speaks to removing the door.
I've tried lifting and pulling as explained with a lending hand and still its stuck...it seemed locked.the oven door might have sagged a bit on the hinges or the "rollers" that clip over the door pin when it is closed might have moved/packed up.
maybe try "lifting" the door while trying to pull it open it (i.e. apply upwards pressure on the door handle while pulling it open).
opposite could also help (i.e. pushing down while pulling on the handle).
One obvious option would be to give the door handle a quick sharp pull (making sure to also have someone at the same time push on the top of the oven where the dials are - in case the oven is not secured well to the cupboard... the oven is not very heavy so you could end up yanking the oven on to the floor if the door does not open).
Yes I have and no joy ...Have you turned it off and on again at the power source?
How is the door opened usually?
Have you tried re-setting the stove electronically?
P.S. Your reflection is the pic. Rather delete it.
there is no form of (intentional) lock on the oven door. The rollers in the door are pressed towards each other by springs and when you open the door the latch pin forces the rollers away from one another. Something is either preventing the rollers in the door from moving away from one another or the latch pin is catching on the door frame (the latch pin can work itself loose over time which will allow it to move around and possibly catch on that hole through which you can see the rollers.I've tried lifting and pulling as explained with a lending hand and still its stuck...it seemed locked.

Does her door also have this. This look like a side door clip.there is no form of (intentional) lock on the oven door. Your best chance is through mostly luck to manipulate the door is such a way that the rollers will release or the pin unsnags from the frame. I would even try pressing the door "more shut" which might help the pin unhook if caught on the door frame. Manipulate the door in all kinds of directions and see if one direction maybe allows a bit more movement than any other.
It is the "latch mechanism" that keeps the door closed. The door hinges are on the side (unless flipped by installer/user hinges will be on left side when facing the oven with door handle on the right side). Pin is on oven frame, "rollers" in oven door... like so..Does her door also have this. This look like a side door clip.

Pics I posted are from a Defy Gemini Petit. As indicated already, there is no way to get to the hinges if you can't open the door (all screws/nuts etc. are covered by the door when closed). Getting to the hinges will likely not help in any case if that pin is preventing the door from moving away from the oven frame.Go to another oven open and check, I would try to spray penetrating oil on the hinges and try again.
I agree fully with you, post 6 , pegasus gave a link, and that oven open on top.It is the "latch mechanism" that keeps the door closed. If OP does not manage to wiggle/force the door open then only option I can see is taking to the back of the pin with a dremel or such to cut off the pin (will involve taking the oven out of the cavity, opening up the oven etc.)
okay you were right! It finally opened with the pulling and lifting and adding force. The problem was with the hinge ...it needs lubrication.Thank you very much for your assistance.I've tried lifting and pulling as explained with a lending hand and still its stuck...it seemed locked.
Do the oven light also go off ?Hi, i hope someone can help me, i have a gemini masterchef multifunction thermo fan oven, and somehow while the food is in the oven after an hour it resets and switches off, almost like there was a power failure. But while nothings on in the oven it says on for days even.
Please advise as to what could be wrong
