Dektop software stops working

Greetings all

All of a sudden the Desktop Software crashes when I plug my 9700 in. It states that "A problem caused the software to stop working properly....". I recently installed the latest version of the website.

Any ideas?

Download the latest edition again and remove the current version before installing. Reboot your pc and try it again.

Err ja he he spell check not in use. Tried reinstalling the application but got the same error. Tried the wife's Curve with no error. Seems it was my memory card that was corrupt. Removed it and no more errors. One lives and learns.... Thanks anyway.
