Dear Online Bill customer, Please be advised that there is a delay with August Cycle A and Cycle B invoices due to technical difficulties. Online bill Administrator

Dear Customer

Due to non payment your account have been suspended. A Fee of XXX amount have to be paid to reactivate the service.

We will also hand you over to be blacklisted due to non-payment of your account.
