Thank goodness this did not happen to me!
Friend uses Windows Live Mail. Is reasonably computer literate up to a point
He shuts down his computer last night
When he starts this morning, he goes straight to his Email shortcut, WLM loads and fetches his new mail
He then notices that his Inbox only has today's messages in it, nothing from the past. The sent items folder is completely empty
I looked in the Local Folders and there were some Sent Items from 2010, but nothing else.
Any ideas?
