I need to make a delicious (keto friendly) salad dressing stat.

My salad dressing at this stage is about as awful as my real life clothing.

I had to look up "Keto friendly", so many diets these days it is actually crazy.

My "go to" salad dressing is olive oil and balsamic vinegar (keto friendly), you could also try a cup cream, a cup mayonnaise , 2 tbsp vinegar, salt + pepper and 120g of blue cheese.

I am sure you could change from cream and mayo to full fat yoghurt and cream, maybe throw in some herbs too.

Personally I love using sour cream but I am unsure if that is keto friendly.

I went through a phase experimenting with a base of lemon juice, vinegar and olive/avo oil in various ratios, plus seasoning, but then I got hooked on Ina Paarman's Low Fat Greek Salad Dressing, which promptly ended my experimenting.

I'll get back to you on keto-friendly, but most will be keto-friendly to begin with.

I recently made a grape and coriander dressing. Handful of grapes in a blender with a few sprinkles of vinegar - blend till smooth. Add a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard, blend, and slowly drizzle in olive or avocado oil (I used both) until you reach desired taste and consistency. Then add coriander and pulse it a few times until mixed homogeneously. Season and serve...

That sounds interesting. I want to try it.

Thanks all!

I've just been arbitrarily chucking together olive oil/balsamic/herbs/etc, but I want to learn how to make real food, heh.

My cooking, she sucks...
