Delivery more than 2 weeks late

I placed my order on the 11th of August, money was deducted from my account but up until today the 30th I still haven't received my sim card, when I check the status of my order it says still in process, I am also unable to complain onthe support platform because for some reason my complain does not get submitted, please assist
