Dell Battery Warranty?

i bought my dell N5010 laptop last year dec 21 at game and my battery is dead wont charge anymore. How long are Dell's battery warranty? If it is a year will they replace my battery?

12 Month warranty on DELL batteries. You better log it quickly with DELL.

log a call with dell. most of their warrantees are next business day onsite...

so if you call monday they should see you on tues, unless they don't have a techie avail, then wednesday.

An onsite warrantee means they come to you.

I've watched them change a client's mainboard before(called them for her coz she was hesitant)
