Dell C LOUSY service!

I ordered a phone/contract with Cell C on Thursday 10th June and was promised delivery on the 18th June.

My job keeps me away from hope on most days during the week, but I made sure that I was at home on Friday the 18th .

I did not hear a word from Cell C in the interim, and finally got an sms this morning stating that my phone would “be delivered soon” ref : SPI000879942

Due to work commitments, I will not be at home until this coming Friday afternoon, so I phoned 084 145 and after a considerable wait the call was answered by a very rude lady, who informed me that if I was not at home when the phone was delivered they would cancel the deal.

They will not deliver it to my maid who WILL be at home, and are not prepared to deliver it on a specific day and time.

I don’t know when last I spoke to such a rude person in the service industry.

Obviously Cell C does not need new business!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

NOW I see Dell C instead of Cell C and it won't let me edit it!!! :rolleyes:
 
Dude, seriously, cancel the deal then, you are the customer, and the customer is allways right, go to another provider. Just imagine if you run into problems in the future, and this will be the attitude you will be stuck to for 24months. Hell no.
