Its a brand new laptop, with a dell image
I've reinstalled the audio driver off the Dell Drivers and Utilities CD, yet in the Device manager, it says there is an unknown device "SigmaTel Hi-Def Audio Codec"
Dell Tech support said I should get the audio driver off the dell support website (sadly its the same version driver as the one on the driver cd), now they are asking whether the laptop has had hardware changes
Any ideas?
EDIT: This is the first D630 to do this, the other 30-40 D630's that I have setup have been installed the exact same way have had no problems.
