Dell desktop troubles

Where in Pretoria East can I take my desktop to that won't rip me off. Win7 professional.
I get error 0xc0000225 and it won't start up.
I unfortunately don't have a restor point.
And I have a backup but it's on a ext hard drive but with a program installed on the C drive giving hassles.
I started my desktop and saw some weird running on the screen deleting this and that and then the above error.
I know zip about this sort of stuff.

Do u need data on hdd? If not just do clean install. If yes try to repair windows with installation disk. I should have a win 7 disk somewhere among all my stuff.
Otherwise incredible connection is one option.

Are you able to access BIOS or not?

I'd advise putting in the Windows DVD or even a bootable usb, could be simple as rebuilding the BCD.
