Dell poweredge 2600 server price query

I m upgrading servers. This is my old server. Runs on Network 2003.

What should I realistically be expecting for said machine? It is the 2.8 Xeon

You've linked to general specs. What is actually in your machine? Do you mean it runs on MS Server 2003?

2600 is ancient to be honest and well out of warranty. A full spec will help more.

I wanted to know what said ancient machine would be worth. I had a buyer at 10k. I accepted. I just wanted to make sure that the price is fair. i think 10k is fair, and so did the buyer.

Doep needs to give us the spec before we can comment. These machines can be single or dual processor, can take anything up to 12GB RAM, over 1TB internal storage, what about tape backup etc.
R10K sounds exceptionally high, even fully loaded
