Condition: 9/10 Reason for not being 10/10, I ran a 1060 3GB in it, and used a dual SATA to 6 pin connector to power the GPU and one yellow wire on the SATA power cable melted. So one SATA power cable doesn't work, but if you have the right skills, it can be fixed with good soldering/connecting skills. Will happily send pics via Whatsapp.

RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) SK Hynix HMT451U7BFR8A-PB TO AB 1449 (1Rx8 PC3L - 12800E - 11 -13 - D1) Closest link I could find Not sure if this ram is ECC or not.
Other than the above it is stock with NO hard drive, or GPU (used onboard GPU after the SATA incident)
