So Dell managed to break one of our clients server RAID 5 configuration yesterday.
Had to replace one drive, and since 9am yesterday the server has been offline.
Now neither Dell nor the outsource company which send the useless engineer out to fix the problem wants to take responsibility for the stuff up.
We are getting no feedback from dell with a plan of action moving forward; the engineer who went out to site left everything didnt close up nothing and just left without any telling anyone.
That company now refuses to take any calls from us...
What is there to do? (but to delete and rebuild the RAID5, reload the host, and restore the VM's)
