what is ur view on the dell rtx 2080 super blower cooler (ms-v372) i am thinking of geting one my budgest is almost non existing and i can get my hands on one for R3500 wat do u all think i should do?

Blower cooler will be noisy but R3.5K for a 2080 super is a good deal.
All depends on your tolerance for fan noise.

Rather get a mid-range new card than a used one. Keep in mind that the card you are looking at is very noisy and also runs very hot (85 Degrees C) in a good case. It may not last you very long as well, so you will def need a warranty if you want to buy the rtx2080.
