Hi

I hope this is the right thread.

I formatted my in laws dell studio to load xp pro last night and can get everything working but 2 items

I need to find out 2 things please.

For the integrated web cam I can not seem to find drivers that are working they all seem to tell me that this version of windows is incorrect. and people say that the one that I have downloaded is the XP version but for some reason it does not work.

even if I can just get the INF file I will be happy if someone can help with that please.

Then 2nd problem that I have is the built in 3g card I downloaded the drivers and that is fine but now I need software tp actually dial out what software must I use

Please your help would be appreciated

If you using Vodacom you can download their dashboard software.

Yeah should work fine, I have done a setup like that in the past.

I'll see if I can find the drivers for you.
 
tried that one last night or should I say this morning but it gives me that error which I dont understand cos they say it should work with XP

From Device Manager, right click on the Device, and choose update driver, choose install from a specific location, then select "include this location in the search', and enter this C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R208437

That's the location when the install extracted the files, so a manual install might work.
