Delphi + RSA Encryption + X.509 Certificates

Hi,

I am trying to incorporate RSA Encryption into my Delphi Application and am not sure where to begin

I have searched around on google and can't really find descriptive examples only components with high price tags

I have the Public Key Certificate

Can anyone provide me with some sample code or explanation on how to encrypt some data in my Delphi application using RSA encryption with the supplied Public Key Certificata
