Deploying a node in Windows

I want to create a wireless node usin my laptop (RaLink Rt2500 internal wireless card) for file-sharing, etc. but do not want to use Linux at the moment (too complicated for me at the moment, but will in future). DOes anyone know of a program I can use in Windows? Anylinks would be much appreciated.

As in you want to turn windows XP into an access point?

got the program and managed to change my MAC address, but can't find the rest of the things. I'm being very unsuccesful in editing the registry. HELP!!!
