Desktop Charging station with battery backup?

Hey guys,
So obviously loadshedding is a pain. I want to get one of those desktop charging hubs (the ones with a bunch of charging based USB ports (not USB hub for computer). But I was thinking, are there any that have battery backups? I cant seem to find any but it would be handy, since for example I will charge a powerbank, unplug it and forget to charge it again, whereas this is fixed and always charging when its flat.
