We run a company where people spend virtually all their time in browsers or in MS Word
JOb is admin but speed matters.

Our ancient Dell desktops are starting to fail and its time to prep our replacement project

Our specs
- We use 3 screens so must be able to support 3 screens
- For a Desktop - 2 DP and a VGA or HDMI
- For a laptop 2 DP or HDMI because the laptop screen works as one
- SSD - 256GB is fine. We work in cloud so no HDD
- RAM - 8GB is minimum but a bit more is good
- W10
- Not important - DVD, Sound etc.

Desktops are what we use but I suppose a laptop would be fine.

We have always liked Dell but it doesn't need to be Dell

Advise?

8GB of ram for a browser?

Thanks
Because we are all in browser the people have at least 6-8 legit tabs open plus more
I don't want to save a few rand on scrimping on RAM

The biggest challenge seems to be running 2 external screens plus of course the laptop screen WITHOUT acting any external USB Display cards

SOme of them use Chrome. Some FF

Thats an easy fix.
You can use a docking station for that.:
