Hi good people can somebody please tell me what is the market related salary for a Desktop Manager with almost 6years experience in I.T Durban

If by Desktop Manager you mean Desktop Support person, then you can expect anywhere from 8 000 - 14 000 per month. Qualification's can increase this, but experience alone, you will struggle to get more than that.
