Desktop Prebuild needed

Hi,

My cousin is heading off to varsity soon and I'm looking for a desktop for him.

I don't really want to assemble anything myself (time + favor + returns are issues).

Anyone have any decent prebuild specials (online stores, Esquire etc).?

Needed:

I3
4GB RAM
GPU that can run CAD (as a hobby, not for his course).

For CAD as a hobby you want to get an i5 with 8GB of RAM at least.

Could you perhaps give us a budget and what components / software he already has or will need?
Like adding a screen, mouse, keyboard and Windows license will drastically increase the price...
