Desperate for a WoWable connection

So the short version is that I played WoW for 3 years + and then moved to a new flat with no Telkom infrastructure only fair iBurst coverage (tried them for 2 months and almost killed myself and others around me) no WiMax coverage no Vodacom HSDPA/WiMax coverage. Telkom application has been 11 months ongoing but has been closed several times because they dont want to bother digging hole and providing the complex with cables.

So anyone has any idea how else I can get a proper low latency connection at my house? Is there some company that can provide me with a connection to my house by some other obscure way?

All honesty I dont expect any valid replies but out of pure frustration at our 3rd wold country what else can I do?

There are some lower ping proxy services available for fairly cheap. Shoot me if i can remember their names now and I can't access those sites from work

No other Network in your area that you can get connected too? Some areas in Pretoria have had some nice wireless areas run by local people.

A part from that, I think your only option is to move to another flat with better infrastructure.

My mother recently applied for ADSL in one of the more rural areas in South Africa. And her complaining to the right people have seen her getting a brand new cable installed to her home.
