detecting USB Keyboard on boot

I'm able to press del & go to BIOS setup but when booting i can't press enter to confirm booting from CD because the keyboard is not responding... In BIOS, i don't see any thing which says USB enable/disable or support... But once windoze is loads, keyboard is fine!

SAHARA Desktop PC this is (Intel Celeron D), not sure what BIOS ver

It probably is there somewhere, look for Legacy Keyboard Emulation or USB Legacy Support or something similar. Failing that, a BIOS update might add that feature.
