determining source of telkom adsl account

hi all,

a client of mine is receiving derogatory emails, sent from machine connected via telkom adsl.

does anyone know the procedure to determine the owner of a telkom account, given the ip address and dns of a machine. the ip address is consistent across multiple emails, sent days apart.

contact abuse at saix dot net or do a network whois on http://centralops.net/co/DomainDossier.aspx to find out who owns the ip and to get the abuse address

Or just implement rules in your e-mail program to block the mails and ignore them.
