development and design interview questions.
i've worked out a few i could ask in an initial interview before they do some actual work in the second round. apart form asking those that you only could know if you actually used the product, what else can i throw in ?
definitely giving the common ones a skip like what is the product for and how is it different from it's previous versions and so on. i don't think that those can make you do your job or not, well that's my opinion.
and yes, the product in question would be sharepoint 2010.
