Device currently offline

Hey there guys

my SIM has simply refused to work. The Rain dashboard says my SIM is active but on the coverage map there's big red text with the message "device is currently offline".
I did call in and I was advised to reset my router, as there are 4g towers in my area, I am using the all-device sim, so I inserted the sim in my phone just to be sure that the issue is not my router, still, there is no network connection. I reset the router several times, with no success in connection.
Kindly assist
