Device is offline

I have recently upgraded from 4g to 5g uncapped on rain but am struggling to connect. It's has been a week now. I am so frustrated I feel like cancelling the contract. On my profile login, I get the message: the device is currently offline.
I have been calling and emailing rain customer support but am getting no assistance
 
I get this this too and today it even said that there were no devices connected to my account ‍♂️
also when First got the unlimited premium package I had a minimum download speed of 100mbs and upload of 5mbs now I average 45mbs download and 0.8 upload so I have downgraded to the standard package that is capped at 50mbs , If after the downgrade I get lower than 45mbs I swear I am going to go all in consumer protection action
