Responsibilities
- Implement integrations requested by customers
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide Level 3 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate tasks
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers
Requirements
- Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
- Proven Application and Network security skills
- Ability to setup and govern a continuous integration/continuous improvement ecosystem
- Server administration skills
- Ability to architect and implement enterprise hosting solutions
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
- Problem-solving attitude
- Team spirit
