Deye firmware update

hi all

i have a Deye 5kw inverter and using a solarman app.
i have found the upload location on the app but cannot point the firmware to that location.
Deye has also emailed me the latest fw.

please assist

The Deye guys normally initiate the fw update from their side. Probably best to ask them to do it over the air?

You probably need remote control enabled if you want to do it that way...

Wait, what? Didn’t even occur to me to check for firmware updates — is this explained in the manual?

Can you please provide the location where you update it on the Solarman App?

Hi

Select Devices on Solarman app on the left and then select your inverter.
Then select the below option and it will open another menu.
You will have to email Deye for the fw file as so you can update the inver or ask them to do it remotely
