Deye or SunSynk for support quality

Just wanted to maybe find out from installers which of these 2 brands of inverters are they having the best warranty support from. I was very set on getting the SunSynk inverter. Spoke to 2 different solar installers over the last week or so and they both have said they are not pushing the SunSynk anymore due to poor warranty service. I am in Durban if that makes any difference.

They're the same inverter and supported by the same local guys.
