Played up to the Halls of agony. Playing on Medium. Controlls are easy to master. Got used to it quite quickly...
Dare I say it? Having more fun on the console....
I really hope its more fun. The only thing that killed it on the pc was the server lag. So without that, it must be awesome. Thinking of taking a sick day tomorrow. Now i just need some bud...

I presume that one can play multiplayer via PSN as well?
Yip you can... It works same as the PC version in that regard. But there is no server.

So you have to be friends with someone on PSN first then you can play multiplayer with them? Anyway, will be able to test soon

I am loving it!!!! The controller is awesome. I complained a lot about Diablo on pc, but they did an excellent job of porting it to the controller. It took some getting use to, but ultimately it was a better experience for me.
No you can search for games.
You can "open your game to public" then anyone can join. Regardless if they are a friend or not.

Great fun with the kid over the weekend - playing barb (which actually sucks in the early levels but improves exponentially as you progress beyond level 13)
It's great fun although the colours are a little murky and I haven't figured out how quickly work out what effect an unequipped item will have on overall stats.
Oh, and my son keeps stopping after every loot drop to check his items
Overall a very solid game and it finally provides me with a game I like playing on the PS3.
Have to say this game kicks a lot more ass on console, no lag/latency issues, looks better on a 40" tv, handles great with the xbox controller, better loot drops so you don't need to duel wield credit cards to build a epic character Preferring this version over the PC
