Diablo 3 - Gamma thread

Hello,

I am having huge hacks with my gamma in Diablo 3. It is so dark, playable but very dim and dark.

Up until a few days ago it was fine. I have been playing since release day with no problems. Just pushed the brightness up a little in the video options menu on my first install. I like to see whats going on, don't like the whole dark, blind vibe.

But, yes there's always a but. It is so dark in d3 now. My dekstop looks like i am staring at the sun. I have installed the latest drivers for my Nvidia card and changed all the settings.

Even tried installing the latest version of Powerstrip. Last time i used ctrl,alt,+ to up my gamma was to find campers in dark corners in counterstrike about 5 years ago.

My screen is fine. When I load d3, i have put gamma on max, it is just so DARK. It never used to be max a week ago.

Bud if I understand what you're saying, I've experienced the problem as well. It's like someone turned the lights out on the level.
For me it was just a transitioning thing, ie beam back to town, return to area and the lighting was fine. It's only happened once to me though....
