Diablo 3 latency

Hey Guys

Is any one experiencing latency issues playing on the Europe servers at all? I use to average 220msec, but now I have 600-3000msec all the time. I have checked my network and with my ISP and all seems ok. Ive noticed the issue the past month or more. It is ok now and then but more high latency and spike than anything else.
