Apparently if you register with blizzards store you can legally download Diablo2 + exp provided you have legit CD-Keys (so that if the CDs are damaged or lost etc), I haven't tried it myself though.

Most of the times its not true. Just a site trying to steal your CD Keys. I wouldnt trust ANY site even if it does say blizzard on it.
