A Dialler Support Administrator will be required to work in the call center environment. The primary responsibility is to create and optimize reporting that is administered to all areas of the business.
• Understanding of dialer performance
• Attention to detail
• Excellent PC end user skills
• Ability to work under own initiative in a small team.
• Work within guidelines set and to strict dialler rules
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
• Responsible for the support and monitoring of the dialler system
• Responsible for the maintenance of campaign data
• To work as a member of the operational team to assist and support campaigns to achieve targets.
• Responsible for analyzing dialler reports and suggesting any changes that could be implemented to improve performance.
• Daily extracts / compilation of dialler reports
• Ad-hoc Tasks
