Why does dialup have a 149 kbps upload

It can't be dial-up as neotel don't offer dial-up as such, sounds like the light package with horrible download speeds. 1/3 of what it should be.

My guess is, that must be a telkom dialup account judging by the lowish ping or a neotel lite account with download and upload swapped around hehe

He probably didn't install the Neomanager so windows is telling him it is a dialup connection. Stupid windows.
