Dialup problem plz help

Hi

when im connected and i am not doing anything online my connection stays (blue all the time) it never goes black so it never idles, and this is making my net slow! what must i do? i have win xp pro

Try using Ad-aware and Spybot S&D.

i done a last known good + i disconnected my F drive with all my mp3s and now its ok, let me plug it in and scan only the f drive!
