Everyone has been "testing" uncapped products.

telkom, of course needed 3 years, since that 24meg line to Rueben's mansion needed to be really, really working well.

IS would have been planning this price drop for a while. The MWEB announcement merely made them act a little sooner.

Afrihost and Imagine have mentioned being in constant talks with IS for a while now.

I very much doubt it could have happened much sooner.
