They are trying to be more granular with the loadshedding and impact people at different times unlike the old schedule. .. I for one welcome it.

Suits me fine. Now I have no load shedding during stage 1, and only 1 day during stage 2.
 
That going to cause a lot of confusion...alignment of the eskom stages and muni stages is kinda key.

If Eskom is stage 2, Durban is stage 2. That hasn't changed, what they have done is randomised the schedule which is a pain for those who have unfortunately become acustom to the repeated schedule.

At least they generated the PDF on a PC this time rather than scan a page at a ridiculous size. Stage 4 only really affects the industrial areas in the >20 zones. The rest are balanced out at about 45 occurrences a week.
 
Fortunately loadshedding is a lie perpetuated by the media.
