Rain network is like a roller-coaster ride, one minute you're connected, the next you're not. I personally think their customer service can be referred to as "non-existent". Their call center does not operate on public holidays, meaning that you will be left offline for days. I'm twiddling my fingers as I am offline and there's literally no one to help. To this day I wonder why ISP's like to be contacted via social networks. I mean I'm calling you because I can't access the internet, how am I supposed to lodge a complaint/fault online.

In the 15 years I have used vodacom and mtn I have never called in cause of slow network or any issues it just works end of story.

ADSL on the other hand axxess heard from me twice I then moved my line to a reseller and then they monitored the line and just asked to confrim power or told me when telkom would be on site.

Rain is the under dogs been with them since 2017 and are doing well but the communication really needs to pick up.

5g is working well had a few issues but I have never had a issue with the support team they even call or email me back.

Had a issue again just before x Mas and they flat out say alarms going off at the tower and signal was - 112 to - 115 then 2 days later they say they don't pick up any issues and then on 25th it's back to full speed and signal back to - 85 come on Rain....

The one liner I was sent Please check you CPE, run more speed test there are no issues in your area.

Guess what still have not checked it fixed it self.
