I must say this reminds me of Sentech a couple of years ago. we all moaned like this as well and now they have abandoned broadband. Wonder if the same is gonna happen to Neotel.....

No SAIX will only work for Telkom clients GIGANEWS is what I use!

When I first had an account it did not work! As a network error - oh wait they still have network errors!!

One advantage of a easynews account is downloading via a web interface and port 80.
