haven't seen anyone talking about this yet, so i may as well spill the beans.. the new (black) telkom routers are actually BILLION brand now, and not MARCONI..

well.. i've heard good and bad about them. but for interests sake, search the forums for "marconi".. and check how many threads there are about marconi being ****..

My 1st marconi was borken.. got a swop and this one runs nice with the latest firmware(that took me hours to find!)

However the thing abt marconi that makes me want to ..... is that you have to save and reboot for EVERYTHING!!

Normal routers dont require so many reboots.. its like win98 Vs. XP

True about the reboots, its a pity :/ But I must say, I've worked with quite a few marconi's lately and none of them gave me any problems whatsoever. But yeah, I agree its not the best brand out there.
