Hi guys

Just want some comments on my current regiment (if you can call it that) and what I should slot in to make it balanced - and condusive to weight loss whilst maintaining and possibly building some muscle.

My general day consists of:

7:30am All Bran flakes and a banana + Coffee (1 brown sugar)
12:00 Assortment of salads, usually Spinach, Feta, Small amount of pasta, mushrooms, eggs- (My work has a salad bar) usually a biggish bowl full. + Coffee.
Then at night I have a scoop of USN growanabolic because I am too lazy to make dinner.

Have water throughout the day and night.

I am assuming you are not a vegetarian since you eat eggs, but why don't you eat any chicken(skinless) or fish ?

Forget about the USN and have a decent dinner at night: lots of veggies with fish.

If you are too lazy to make dinner buy yourself some I&J Hake and Mccain veggies to steam. You can steam the veggies in less than 10mins in a microwave and the hake takes about 20mins in the oven.

No not veg- no microwave really must buy one. I'll take your advice though- do you mean I should drop USN product altogether or just drop it as a supper replacement

just my opinion but drop it as a dinner replacement and get some real food. Personally I don't use USN as in my opinion its of lower quality compared to other South African supplements.
