I am not on diet but supper is also a problem for me.

Don't really have breakfast, have a sandwich or two for lunch and then go overboard for supper and overeat. I am the perfect weight now but I worry as I get older it is going to be a problem.

I went on a diet about a year and a half ago, and went from about 110kg's, to 75 ish.

It seems you have breakfast and lunch sorted, so ill just tell you what i did for dinner.

I have never been a big veggie person, but i always enjoyed stir fry.So i basicaly ate that every evening.
Strangely enough i never got bored of it.To help with this, you can try buying ready made stir frys from different places every night, fruit and veg, spar, woolies etcetc, they all taste different.

Also add different things in, chicken that has not been fried in oil, feta cheese, avo ( strange i know), nuts.

Try different spices, soya sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic etc.

So ye, there are many things you can do to give it a different taste each night. The great thing about it is that you can pretty much eat as much of it as you like, so you are never hungry, and obviously its really good for you :).

Good luck with your diet !

Same thing I did last year.

I enjoyed Mccain French style Stir-fry.

Just to add some more suggestions I put in some chilies, peppers, peppadew or lots of mushrooms.

And always served it with brown rice.

Wow, the whole stir fry thing sounds like quite a mission but damn good...

What I tend to do is have either 2 chicken breasts or 2 minute steaks and an apple about 1 hour after. Its enough for me and its really easy. You could even try Nandos chicken breasts if you are lazy. Costs R32 for 2 but you dont have to cook, clean, buy groceries etc. I do that about twice a week.

That is a your problem,never skip breakfast ! :)

No dude, the whole stir fry thing is not a mission at all! Its probably one of the quickest and easiest meals you can make.

You literaly pop everything in the pan together for 5 mins with the sauces or w/e you want, and then its done.

At the time of my diet, i was working the usual 8-5, and studying in the evenings, so time was also a factor for me, and i found this to be perfect :)

and are you exercising??? This is a must with any diet!

Mornign and evenings

I tried the stir fry last night and honestly was pretty good but i dont know if i could do it all the time

I wana buy a blender and a griller(george foreman) that will also help with making grilled chicken ostrich steak etc

Lunch: Diet Fuel replacement shake
Mid Afternoon: a Fruit or salad or nothing

This is where your problem lies. You should actually have a proper balanced lunch followed by a solid protein rich afternoon snack like egg whites or a tuna salad.
