Differant performance?

Which is better,

1) a 512mb ddr3 256 bit graphics card or,

2) 512mb ddr5 128 bit graphics card

Only consider ram and bit rate,dont worry what make or series.

All things being equal, 1) will be faster, 2) will have lower power consumption.

Just don't go and think a Nvidia GTS250 512MB/DDR3/256-bit is better than an ATI HD5770 512MB/DDR5/128-bit.
