I think that if you were to ask most peoples opinion of the opinion of the average Cellucity counter monkey you'd realise that you have wasted your time.

Have you tried the phone yourself so as to formulate your own opinion? If not - I'd recommend it.

agreed, so then, I will go buy one and I swear if its ****E, I'm going to make a youtube video of myself smashing it in a million pieces and send it to Apple demanding my money back!! Fair?

These people are usually fanbois themselves, my sister asked me to recommend a phone for her a few months ago I said get a Nokia N model when she got to a vodashop the SE fanboi at the counter convinced her to get a walkman... was a mistake, in the end the Nokia would have been better.

But you never used one? how pointless would it be for me to say that people should avoid the nokia tube when I never used it myself, that makes no sense.

I couldn't agree more - some people just want an excuse to rant even if it makes them look like a t1t.

Honestly, the way people go off about it you'd swear that purchasing an iPhone was a mandatory expense; that everyone must buy one on order to continue to exist... no ones is forcing you, don't like it? don't buy one... sheesh!
 
th iphone is my 15th phone ive owned and ive owned all brands i got my first cellphone in 1996 and it was a nokia way before there were sms and the iphone is one of the greatest gadgets i have owned, yes its got drawbacks but i will not trade it for anything except maybe an officially unlocked one. so to all the haters i cant wait for the iphone bashing to stop bu wait whats that i see in the distance...... oh its a anew iphone launchin next year and remeber it will be better , faster quicker, sexier oh and all the iphone haters will eat their hats ha ha ha ha ha :p
 
In a nutshell, I think the Iphone phenomenal is as follow. Many ppl, me included was hyped with Apple's marketers (very good team) and forked out R 6200 plus for the phone. To explain it to our friends and family and not to expose our poor judgement we tell them how fantastic the phone is, and they went out and buy a Iphone and tell their family and friends ......

The opposite for me, people I meet don't know about the iPhone and I tell them not to get one if they want MMS.

To follow dudleygb... have you tried jailbreaking or visiting the Appstore?

Thanx for info. No I did not jailbreak my phone. Why must it be jailbreaked and what will jailbreaking do to the quarantee and the phone. Will it improve the phone? Can I pm, phone or email you for more detail. Staying in Montana, Pta.

Jailbreaking does not affect your warranty if you need to take your phone away just do a restore using iTunes and your iPhone will be stock again(this is recommended anyway for privacy reasons), it gives access to apps that Apple wont authorize, utilities to hack or theme your iPhone, games etc and most are free.
