Difference between deco s4, e4, m4

What's the difference between these three? Is the one just a newer model?

Prices seem very different.

They're all similar. The S4 is the newest and slight smaller than the M4, otherwise the same. The E4 is basically the M4, but without Gigabit Ethernet.

E4 Value for money 10/100 as the M4 100/1000 only if you have a 1000 router and running to it. However, as i noticed that if your older mobile device eg Samsung will only get speeds to 433 and the newer device Samsung 21 will get up to 866 wifi-ed.
