Difference between StringBuffer and String class

Hey guys..

Right now i m learning java so u guys can call me a java novice.I found int in this highly demanding language.As i m a beginner and thats why facing lots of difficulties but so far i hv tackle them but at present i can't understand the String Buffer and String Class completely.Help needed.
